Membership Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is between Melitene Tarım ve Turizm Anonim Şirketi ("Melitene"), the operator of melitene.com.tr, and the person creating an account ("Member").

2. Subject

To set out the conditions under which the Member may use the site and the rights and obligations of both parties.

3. Membership

• Membership is free and open to persons over 18.
• The Member confirms that the information given at registration is accurate and current.
• The Member is responsible for keeping account details and password confidential. Transactions made from the account belong to the Member.
• A Member who believes their password has been compromised must notify Melitene immediately.

4. Member obligations

• Not to act contrary to applicable law
• Not to transact using another person's details
• Not to attempt to disrupt the operation of the site
• Not to copy site content without permission for commercial use

5. Melitene's obligations

• To provide the service with due care and remedy technical faults within a reasonable time
• To process and protect Member data within the framework set out in the Privacy Notice
• To announce changes by publishing them on the site

6. Termination

The Member may close their account at any time by writing to [İLETİŞİM E-POSTA]. Melitene may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this agreement or applicable law. Termination does not mean the deletion of records subject to statutory retention periods.

7. Amendment

Melitene may amend this agreement. The current text takes effect when published on the site.

8. Disputes

Turkish law applies to disputes arising from this agreement and The courts and enforcement offices of Muğla, Türkiye has jurisdiction.
