What data we process

Identity and contact: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address.
Corporate buyer details: company name, tax office and tax number (only when a corporate invoice is requested).
Order and transaction data: order contents, amount, payment status, tracking information.
Security data: IP address, session records, login times.
Enquiry and application content: quote forms, job applications and CVs.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation and legitimate interest; marketing messages are sent only on the basis of your explicit consent.

Who we share it with

Your data is shared only with parties required to deliver the service: couriers (for delivery), the payment institution or bank (for payment), our e-invoice integrator (for invoicing), our accounting and legal advisers, and public authorities on lawful request. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records: 10 years as required by tax law
Account data: while your account is open, plus 1 year
Quote requests: 3 years
Job applications and CVs: 2 years
Traffic and security logs: 2 years

Your rights

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, and to claim compensation for damage.
